We had a great experience with Ampere. 4 of our outlets stopped working and we couldn’t figure it out, and we had another issue with an outlet in a different room. I called the office and they scheduled me for service very fast, even during a busy holiday week. David was our technician and he was super prompt and friendly and fixed everything for us quickly. He answered all our questions and was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this company has been amazing. Kudos to Carlos, Nathan, and Keith. We had a difficult issue we needed repair with, they all went above and beyond what would be expected. Punctual, diligent, and would highly recommend.

Absolutely great company. The technician came out and was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and respected our property. The office staff was also very helpful and friendly. We were ready to go forward with everything, but due to a family hardship, we had to cancel at the last second. They were very understanding and compassionate. We highly recommend this company for its values and the people who work there. Thank you.

This company is extraordinary! Another company had us to move furniture, they removed outlets and switches. Still couldn’t trace the problem. Nathan with Empire ran a diagnostic test and found the problem in no time. He was very thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. We sure wish we’d called this company first, then we wouldn’t have all this mess and things to put back in place. We’re well pleased with Empire, everyone that we had contact with, and Nathan..a special guy!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to rave about Nathan from Ampere Electric. We had multiple projects that required electrical work & Nathan delivered in every aspect. He is extremely knowledgeable, and professional & his work is very clean. Bonus- he is super friendly & easy to talk to. We will definitely use Ampere Electric again & will refer Nathan to all of our friends & family.

Nathan came out to wire some outdoor lights we added on the garage. He was awesome, very professional and polite. His work is clean and looks amazing I will definitely be using them again for other projects including wiring for the jacuzzi.

Quick and efficient. I called to get a quote for a 240V NEMA 14-50 install and was quoted for the permit and work. Sebastion did an amazing job and was in and out within an hour. Great customer service, clean install, and efficient.

I highly recommend using Ampere Electric. David was our tech today. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. He addressed all my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided a fair quote. Work completed: Replaced kitchen GFCI, Replaced all Breakers in Panel and kitchen light installation. Overall a great experience.

I was really impressed with the quality of work and the dedication of the two men that completed the job. Everything was done beautifully. Even the cleanup was so very thorough. I just have to say thank you for such a good and prompt professional job. Well done I would highly recommend to my friends. The project was wiring other Tuff Shed, adding a light plug-ins and the switch to turn on the light and also a junction box so that we could control the electricity in the shed.
