Our company now operates in the Las Vegas area, bringing well over three decades of experience as a third-generation electrical company to our customers. We had a great experience with Ampere. 4 of our outlets stopped working and we couldn’t figure it out, and we had another issue with an outlet in a different room. I called the office and they scheduled me for service very fast, even during a busy holiday week. David was our technician and he was super prompt and friendly and fixed everything for us quickly. This company is extraordinary! Another company had us to move furniture, they removed outlets and switches. Still couldn’t trace the problem. Nathan with Empire ran a diagnostic test and found the problem in no time. He was very thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. We sure wish we’d called this company first, then we wouldn’t have all this mess and things to put back in place. We’re well pleased with Empire, everyone that we had contact with, and Nathan..a special guy!
